After receiving approval, the customer must dispatch the return within seven calendar days according to the instructions provided by our customer support team.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Do not send returns to our business address unless our customer support team specifically instructs you to do so. The appropriate return location may depend on the product and fulfilment facility.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Return Eligibility<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">To qualify for a change-of-mind return, the product must:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Be unused, unworn and unwashed.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Be in its original condition.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Include all original tags, accessories and manuals.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Be returned in its original packaging where reasonably possible.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Include valid proof of purchase.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Products showing signs of use beyond what is reasonably necessary to inspect them may not qualify for a full refund.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Non-Returnable Products<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Unless defective, damaged, incorrectly supplied or otherwise protected by law, the following products cannot be returned:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Personalised, customised or made-to-order products.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Perishable products.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Gift cards.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Downloadable or digital products.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Products sealed for health or hygiene reasons after the seal has been removed.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Underwear, intimate apparel or swimwear after the hygiene seal has been removed.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Products damaged through misuse, neglect, improper care or ordinary wear.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Products clearly identified as final sale before purchase.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Discounted or final-sale products remain covered by applicable rights if they are defective, materially misdescribed or incorrectly supplied.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Products<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Please inspect your order promptly after delivery.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">If a product arrives damaged, defective or different from what you ordered, contact <a href=\"mailto:info@dkosode.com\">info@dkosode.com<\/a> as soon as reasonably possible.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Please provide:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Your order number.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>A description of the problem.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Photographs of the product.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Photographs of the packaging and delivery label where relevant.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">After reviewing the claim, dkosode_com may provide an appropriate remedy, including a replacement, repair, full refund or partial refund.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">When the return is required because of our error or a confirmed product defect, dkosode_com will cover or reimburse reasonable return shipping costs according to the instructions provided.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Change-of-Mind Return Costs<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Customers are responsible for return shipping costs when returning a product because of a change of mind, incorrect size selection or other reason not caused by a product defect or fulfilment error.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">We recommend using a tracked shipping service. dkosode_com is not responsible for return parcels lost before reaching the designated return facility.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Refund Process<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">After a returned product has been received and inspected, we will notify you whether the refund has been approved.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. We aim to process refunds within 5\u201310 business days after completing the inspection.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Banks, card issuers and payment providers may require additional time to credit the refund to your account.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Optional expedited delivery charges are non-refundable unless required by law or the order was defective, incorrect or not delivered as agreed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Exchanges<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Exchanges are subject to product availability.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">If an exchange cannot be completed, we may issue a refund and ask the customer to place a new order.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Order Cancellations<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">To request an order cancellation, contact <a href=\"mailto:info@dkosode.com\">info@dkosode.com<\/a> immediately.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">We will attempt to cancel orders that have not entered processing or been dispatched.
